Service Satisfaction Commitment
At Tloxoreluikrozao, we are committed to delivering high-quality home rental preparation services. We stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied with the results.
This policy is issued in accordance with Irish consumer protection legislation, including the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
Our Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will:
- Review your concerns promptly and thoroughly
- Revisit the property to address any issues at no additional cost
- Work with you to find a satisfactory resolution
Refund Eligibility
Under Irish consumer law, you have the right to services that are:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
- Completed with reasonable skill and care
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Services were not delivered as described in the agreed quote
- Significant quality issues that cannot be rectified
- Work was not completed within the agreed timeframe without prior notice
- Services do not meet the standards required under Irish consumer protection law
Your Statutory Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer, you have additional rights under Irish law that cannot be excluded or limited.
Partial Refunds
In cases where only part of the service was unsatisfactory, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the affected portion of work.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully completed and accepted
- Consumable supplies and materials used during service
- Photography services once images have been delivered
- Consultation fees for property assessments
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service:
- More than 48 hours before scheduled start: Full refund of any deposit paid
- 24 to 48 hours before scheduled start: 50% of deposit may be retained
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled start: Full deposit may be retained
We understand that circumstances change, and we will always try to be flexible where possible.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a service issue:
- Contact us within 48 hours of service completion
- Provide details of the issue including photographs if applicable
- Allow us the opportunity to rectify the issue first
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Card payments: Refunded within 5-10 business days
- Bank transfers: Refunded within 3-5 business days
Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please contact us to discuss further. We are committed to finding a fair resolution for all parties.
Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution
If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint directly:
- Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): You may refer your complaint to an approved ADR provider in Ireland
- Small Claims Court: For claims up to €2,000, you can use the Small Claims Procedure through the District Court
- Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC): You can seek advice and assistance from the CCPC regarding your consumer rights
