Services Description

Tloxoreluikrozao provides home rental preparation services including but not limited to:

• Property cleaning and deep cleaning
• Minor repairs and maintenance
• Property staging and presentation
• Photography services
• Garden and exterior tidying

Service Agreement

When you engage our services, a service agreement will be established based on the quote provided. This quote will detail the scope of work, timeline, and cost. Work will commence only upon your acceptance of the quote.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate (currently 13.5% for services in Ireland, unless otherwise stated). Payment terms are as follows:

• Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required (typically 30-50% of the total quote)
• We accept bank transfer, credit card, and debit card payments
• All invoices will include VAT registration details where applicable
• Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012

Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer (not acting in the course of business), you have additional rights under Irish consumer protection law, including the right to clear pricing information and fair contract terms.

Property Access

To perform our services, you must provide appropriate access to the property. You confirm that you have the legal right to authorize work at the property and that all necessary permissions have been obtained.

Liability

While we take all reasonable care when working on your property:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects that were not caused by our services
• We carry appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance for our services
• Any claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of service completion
• Our liability is limited to the value of services provided, except where prohibited by law
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where such limitation is not permitted under Irish law

Consumer Protection: Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law, including rights under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies are as follows:

• More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of any deposit
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% of deposit retained
• Less than 24 hours notice: Full deposit retained

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce or distribute website content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Tloxoreluikrozao and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws in Ireland and internationally.

Photographs taken during our services remain our property, but you are granted a license to use them for property marketing purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.

• Small Claims Court: For claims up to €2,000, you may use the Small Claims Procedure through the District Court
• Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC): You can seek advice from the CCPC regarding your consumer rights
